"Very poor communication they merged my two policies together to make it easier on themselves without my consent which caused my bill to go up when I try to address it they told me oh well I’ve been with them for years. I always pay my bills early. I’ve never had a claim and I have zero communication from them whatsoever. Furthermore, I have to drive safe app on my phone and my bill is never gone down and four years so that’s a lie. That they advertise When asked to speak to a manager of supervisor, I get the runaround I will definitely be looking for another insurance company"
