"I have had state farm insurance for more than 10 years. They recently sent me my renewal rate and it was lower than what I was paying. Fast forward to billing date they send me a bill for 30 dollars more than my rate. Called to speak to someone because of the contradicting prices and got the generic excuse everytime...rates went up due to zip code lived in. They punish you for being a good driver and hike your rates up for no reason. I will be seeking other insurance if I have any at all. Scam artists."
